SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the UK, excluding certain areas (e.g., remote locations). If you are located outside of the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us directly for more information on international shipping availability and rates.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. We will notify you if any delays arise, or if there are issues with your order.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs, including:
- Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM (noon). Orders will be delivered within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, and the delivery location.
4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and the selected delivery method. You will see the shipping cost before finalizing your order during the checkout process.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you.
6. ALLERGEN INFORMATION AND KITCHEN HANDLING
Please be aware that all our products are made in a kitchen that also handles allergens including milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), eggs, soybeans, and products containing gluten. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from traces of these allergens.
Customers with allergies or sensitivities should exercise caution and contact us for more specific information before placing an order.
7. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging to expedite the process.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been consumed or improperly stored.
- All products should be stored as per the guidelines on the packaging (typically in refrigerated or cool, dry conditions). If these storage instructions are not followed, it may invalidate eligibility for a refund.
8. PRODUCT STORAGE AND BEST BEFORE DATE
To ensure the freshness and quality of your products, please store them as per the instructions on the packaging. The best before date on the product packaging is valid only if the product is stored correctly. We cannot guarantee product freshness beyond the best before date if the product is stored improperly.
9. PACKAGING
We take care to package our products securely to ensure they reach you in good condition. In the case of any issues with packaging (e.g., damaged packaging upon arrival), please contact us immediately with photographic evidence, and we will resolve the matter promptly.
10. SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF PERISHABLE ITEMS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we use the best methods to ensure they arrive fresh. We highly recommend choosing a Express option for urgent or time-sensitive orders.
