Return Policy for Fresh Perishable Goods

We make every effort to ensure that all our perishable goods are of the highest quality and meet our strict standards. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a quality issue.

2. Quality Issues & Defects

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet the expected quality standards, please contact us immediately. To assist with your request, we may ask for photos or other relevant details of the product's condition.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Timeframe: Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of Condition: Attach clear photos showing the issue (e.g. damaged packaging, spoiled product, etc.).

Once we confirm the quality issue, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds: If your return is approved due to a quality issue, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Have been opened or consumed.

  • Have been mishandled or improperly stored by the customer.

  • Are sale items or gift cards.

6. Shipping Costs
